Hi, my name is Tom. I am a Chartered Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and have been involved witht he organisation since 2008. I have an MBA and am a qualified neuroscience coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching council (EMCC)
My background is in senior management in the public sector, involved both in operational management, corporate and local training. I have formally assessed the strategic and operational approaches of many public and private sector organisations against their application for the European for Quality Management Excellence Model (EFQM). I have delivered much training to senior and middle managers across a number of sectors and been coaching across my career to the present time.
Since 2016 I have been specialising in neuroscience related coaching and wellbeing. The Wellbeing !st Responders programme is a relatively young approach to promoting mental health awareness and wellbeing both at the individual and corporate levels. Combined with the Care and Resilience Index (CARI) it provides a powerful risk assessment and supportive approach to enhance the level of wellbeing, performance and cost effectiveness across organisations.
Hi, my name is Catherine and I am a Positive Psychology Practitioner. I have a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Psychology Coaching and am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
My interest in assisting people stems from a career in education formerly teaching and coaching swimming and latterly delivering speech and language therapy to pupils with autism. I have been inspired by the humanistic psychology approach of Carl Rogers i.e. the self-actualisation of individuals through their own realisation and capabilities. I will listen in a non-judgmental, collaborative manner and ask questions with a willingness from you to consider achievable aspirations. Together with the tools and evidence based techniques of positive psychology there is a focus on strengths not weaknesses to help you live and thrive at being your best self.
Positive psychology, although relatively new in the field of psychology (founded by Martin Seligman in 1998), has provided people with a way forward that no longer assumes a position of ill-health. The opportunity to build on one's strengths and the support to make changes provide confidence.
Positive psychology focuses on how positivity can develop your motivation and wellbeing. Time is given for you to unravel a particular issue in a confidential environment. Examples of my clients include:-
Your first session is that of an introduction. Please email me, I will be happy to assist you.
